Another observation that someone made off - list was that as the iOS version of Dash is now copyleft free software (https://github.com/Kapeli/Dash-iOS?files=1 ), a GNUstep port may be feasible. And the docs from here and the autogsdoc could maybe be combined into a docset.
Anyway, anyone already can indeed contribute, there's a link to the bitbucket repo on the website :).

I would suggest to write a HelpViewer in GNUStepWeb.
Then we would put a lot of documentation there in the HelpViewer format.
We could host the website in a Git repository so that anyone can suggest
an edit.
Then Linux or BSD distributions would be able to ship GNUstep with
plenty of developer documentation.
