to be consistent with our runtime specification, I would use "ng".
After all, it is not gnustep that changes, but its runtime.
gnustep-clang could also do, since it denotes a change.
I wonder if ever gcc runtime improves what could happen. It is unlikely,
but possible. Thus I would not use a "feature".
