Oki, i understand...
I set the cats among the pigeons :-D

It was a rights issue.
The www-data user was not allow to browse the folder "custom"...

And also, i uncomment these two entries in "conf/conf.php" :

$dolibarr_main_url_root_alt='http://localhost/custom';
$dolibarr_main_document_root_alt='/var/www/htdocs/custom';

Now, it works !
