You're right, we MUST upgrade Dolibarr to licence GPL v3.
I planned to ask the April foundation, how we can deal such an upgrade.

As you can see, there are some problematic areas that might need some action.

Globally, what stands out, IMHO, is that the source base would benefit a transition from GPLv2 or later to GPLv3.

P.S. : I'll bring a patch soon to update the COPYRIGHT file in the light of this review.
