we consider that it is
a beta or
RC version. The 3.2.1 is not officially finalized
yet.

stratategy and LTS, but it's not the goal of this question.
As 3.2.1 is available on download platorm, we should have a
tagged version for this and start a 3.2.2-dev until Laurent or
Regis pakaged it into a support release, an so on.
