I think this should be released sooner rather than
later for the reasons Serge raised. The release reads OK to me. 
Also I suggest that if you want to really embargo collaborative 
communications until these are agreed this needs a closed list to discuss them 
and some credentials for people to become involved in this. Not
sure the benefits of an embargo is worth the cost of going 
closed on such. 

Good to hear you're still doing useful stuff Norbert, I 
can't remember on which lists we previously connected concerning 
shared interest, something related to community currencies maybe ? 

Anyway one reason I am interested in DotGNU is that the authentication
and personal details framework is something I was looking for in 
connection with the community currencies Multi-Registry System:
http://copsewood.net/mrs which I guess has a similar relationship
to conventional banking as the DotGNU authentication framework 
is likely to have to Passport .
