| all though that is a scarry thought, I would think that an action of
| that sort would be conidered steeling and the information was moved
| wothout the person's knowledge. M$ is not that stupid.
How to attack Slamming *and* Use the DMCA against M$:
- Create a license for end users to license their personal information
by copyrighting it and declaring terms of its use.
- Encrypt personal info
- If M$ or anyone tries to break that for slamming, they run afoul
DCMA, under Circumvention of Copyright Protection Systems :-)

or otherwise traffic in any technology, product, service, device,
component, or part thereof, that is primarily designed or produced
for the purpose of cicumventing a technological measure that
effectively controls access to a work protected under this
title;..."
