Central Europe is usually 6 hours ahead of ET... among the times
you outline, 2.30-3.30am ET or 3am-4am ET will usually work for
me, but won't it be tough for you (and other people in Eastern
USA) to be awake at that time !?

So I tend to think that (from my perspective) noon-1pm ET may be
best... with some luck I'll be able to arrage that, and all of
Europe and the US will be awake at that time.  I'm not sure
about Australia though:)
