And very importantly--it should remain possible to put ones software under
the GPL and exclude the Philosophy file.  This is necessary for those who
technically agree witht he GPL but do not necessarilly agree with the
Philosophy.  GPLing the software alone is still in the
interest of the Free Software Movement, whether or not
the copyright owner fully subscribes to this Philosophy.
