The biggest need right now is in "pnetlib", the C# base class
library.  The "HACKING" file in the pnetlib distribution
describes what is involved, how to get started, where to get
useful information, etc.

We can also use help with testing.  i.e. lots of simple test
cases for banging on various aspects of the compiler, engine,
and pnetlib.

P.S. to everyone: I'm 24 or so hours away from new pnet/pnetlib
releases.  Just a couple more bugs to squash in the library.
