[DotGNU]status of last pnet roadmap

After getting the "new" bugfix for declaring arrays and the
Socket.Select() by Charlie Carnow .... I'm really at a loss
to see what parts of the roadmap has been completed.

So dumping the roadmap idea (what's its use if it does no
good at all !)...... 

I also asked for feedback and got little (from Chris Smith about
C# bindings for VRS ..... ) . So am disappointed in general about
that idea which didn't quite click.
