[DotGNU]Patch for Review: Add Modifier Flags in DrawingWindow.MapKey

Hi People,

I was trying to implement keyboard support for TextBox,
but got stuck because modifier information ([Ctrl], [Shift], [Alt])
wasn't getting added to the keystroke when appropriate.
The attached patch attempts to remedy this. Does this
seem well-founded or am I missing something?
