[DotGNU]ECMA Standard Base classes and Assemblies.

Can we assume the all the Assemblies and Classes listed on the DotGNU docs
site (http://www.dotgnu.org/pnetlib-doc/) to be Standard ones only?  If
not, can we get the ones that are not marked in some way?  In my own
coding, I do not want to use anything thats not standard and free.
