contributing.texi contains:
@pxref{submitting patches,, Submitting patches to a project, git, Git User
Manual}).
However, there is no 'git' info manual. I guess the ', git,' should
be replaced by ',,' or something like that to avoid implying there's
a git info page?

Fixed in 245ddc255a on core-updates.
The info node name was also wrong, that was fixed on master with
5ecbf5b1637762281992befec7fa53f966e5d0b1. Note to attentive readers,
you'll only see the final (working) info link on core-updates or after
the next merge of it into master.
