- emacs -Q
- Open dired in any directory
- "i" on any subdirectory to insert it
- "D" on any file in _subdirectory_, confirm deletion

File is deleted, but that's not reflected in the dired buffer (file
disappears only after refresh via "g").

This also happens with other commands like C / M / R.
