Attached is a patch with a first draft on some additions to epa.texi.
Eli has reviewed that already, will provide his review comments in the
next update and continue to update this bug as needed.

This is related to bug#63627, where I noticed that some user
documentation in epa.texi would also help better understanding and using
plstore.el.
