Ok. I was hoping to include the word `interpreter', to make it clear
that it only applies to interpreted code (since byte code uses a
different mechanism). Unfortunately,
`internal-interpreter-lexical-environment', though quite descriptive,
is rather a mouthful...
Did you check out my bytecode changes, BTW (those are the first patch I sent)?
