Is that completely clear? Not all the contributions to it were
covered by papers as far as I could tell when I last checked. There's
no entry for Weiner, for instance, in copyright.list.
XEmacs did more work on it since. At least their re-written Lisp part
was re-done by someone with an assignment. See
<URL:http://meltin.net/hacks/emacs/> for the Debianized version of
that with Emacs support.
