    I think the three menus (`hide', `show', `headings') should be
    merged into a single one called `Outline'.

For beginners, I think that this division into three menus should be
helpful.  As for experienced users, wouldn't they use the keyboard
instead of the menus?  So I think nobody would really benefit from the
change.

But I'd like to know how the change would be helpful for you.
