Wrong direction of C-M-a/e in rst-mode (was: Re: Re-including rst.el into Emacs repository)

I remember that I used XML mode for figuring this out and the result I
ended up with seemed wrong to me. Thanks to your comment I know I was
right that I did it wrong ;-) . Will fix it.
