I do not intend to change all of them.  I wouldn't have changed those
few places, either, had Stefan Kangas not decide to fix the quoting
there.  If we are fixing quoting, we might as well do it right, or not
at all.

I didn't propose anything, I just changed a few lines that were
touched several hours before that anyway.
