Hostile behavior should not go unnoticed, but the response should not
be hostile, otherwise we lose the moral argument of calling the others
not to be hostile.

Harsh language is not tolerated here, it's a myth.

Yes, it could be hard at times. But still, the responses should not
be hostile, even when you protest the perceived hostility of the other parties.
