Mark page navigation commands as repeatable
* doc/emacs/basic.texi (Repeating): Document page navigation
repeatability.
* lisp/bindings.el (page-navigation-repeat-map): Add new map
(bug#50137).
* lisp/bindings.el (forward-page):
(backward-page): Mark as repeatable.
