Going back and looking at it, no. I only see documentation
changes. But something definitely has changed in the last 24 hours; I
use the following function to insert the cookie in my signature:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
(defun mail-insert-cookie ()
"Adds a cookie to a newly formatted mail buffer."
(interactive)
(require 'cookie1)
(save-excursion
(goto-char (point-min))
(if (not
(re-search-forward "^-- *$" (point-max) t))
(progn
(message-insert-signature t)
(goto-char (point-min))
(re-search-forward "^-- *$" (point-max)
'max)
))
(newline 1)
(cookie-insert "/usr/local/lib/cookie" 1 "start" "end")
(kill-line)
))
----------------------------------------------------------------------
In Emacs 21.2, and earlier, the function works just fine; in
the latest CVS I have to comment out the final (kill-line); or the
cookie inserted runs into the following line (Manoj Srivastava ...)
Is there something I can do to provide more information?
