xml-mode not autoloaded in sgml-mode.el

`xml-mode', which is an alias for `sgml-mode' in sgml-mode.el
isn't autoloaded.  Whilst .xml files are specified to use
sgml-mode in auto-mode-alist, I think that it would probably not
harm to create an autoload for xml-mode as well, in case foolish
users like me decide to use xml-mode for xhtml files, and are
then surprised that said function doesn't seem to exist.


In GNU Emacs 21.3.50.12 (i686-pc-linux-gnu)
 of 2003-06-13 on yam
