finer, rounder speedbar icons

Hi,

I just discovered speedbar yesterday, and I like it a lot!

These icons are still not works of art.  But they are less obtrusive and more 
pleasing to the eye.  But they don't differ fundamentally from the originals.

The tar can just be unpacked in lisp, over the old ones.
