    I don't know what you're referring to.  I can't remember Richard rejecting
    the idea of multilingual menus.

I don't recall rejecting "multilingual menus", and in principle I'm in
favor of them.  However, that is a very terse description, and so I'm
not sure precisely what idea I might have discussed and rejected in
the past, or how it relates to this.
