Can't costomize font for the `menu' face

Hi,

With Emacs CVS, the following form doesn't produce the expected
result.

(set-face-font 'menu "-*-any-font-name-*")

Emacs sets an unknown font and issues a warning to the console
as follows:

Warning: Cannot convert string 
"-Adobe-Courier-Medium-R-Normal--12-120-75-75-M-70-ISO8859-1,-Adobe-Courier-Medium-R-Normal--12-*-*-*-*-*-*-*,-*-*-Medium-R-Normal--12-*-*-*-*-*-*-*,-*-*-*-*-*-*-12-*-*-*-*-*-*-*"
 to type FontStruct

Is it a bug or is there another way to do that?
