proxy icon and moved files

Dragging and dropping the Carbon proxy icon to a Finder window sometimes saves the backup file (foo.txt~) instead of the actual file.

I could reproduce this with a current build. I tried to locate the code that handles these things, but it's not immediately evident why a local copy of the file name for the frame is kept in macterm.c (file_name) and why it isn't updated correctly (if that is the cause).

Begin forwarded message:

the icon on the top of the frame is a nice and welcomed feature but
sometimes weird behavior occurs. After you modify and save a file, if
you drag & drop the icon you are dragging the backup copy of the file
(the one ending in ~) not the actual file. On my box I can reproduce
the bug systematically as follows:
$ touch foo.txt && open -a "Aquamacs Emacs" foo.txt
(edit and save)
(drag & drop the icon, e.g. copy to Desktop: will copy foo.txt~)
