Hello,
if a file has been visited with tramp and sudo
(e.g. "/sudo:address@hidden:/etc/crontab"), and is automatically added to
recentf-list, then `recentf-auto-cleanup' hangs.
Apparently `file-readable-p' (which is in `recentf-keep' by default) is the
reason.
