[ESPResSo] parallel tempering in Espresso

Dear all,

I'm trying to use parallel tempering in Espresso.  According to the User 
guide, I need to load the code explicity by doing " source 
scripts/parallel_tempering.tcl".  I searched everywhere and could not 
find this script in the Espresso directory (either the source or the 
build directory).

Can someone shed some light on this?  Am I missing something?
