Dear POOMA developers,

I am newbie to the POOMA software, I want to understand it and use it.
I am looking for the POOMA manual, titled:

"POOMA A C++ Toolkit for High-Performance Parallel ScientiﬁcComputing"

by Dr.Jeffrey Oldham.

I searched a lot but cannot find this manual.
Do you know where I can find one? or buy one? anyway.
