I feel it is not right to allow such a low-level API as freetype to
override programmer request for the hinting type unless we have
FT_LOAD_NO_HINTING
FT_LOAD_NO_HINTING_AND_I_REALLY_MEAN_THAT
The publicly available list of "tricky" fonts with recommended hinting
setting (may be even per glyph index for some) would be nice to have. So
that a higher level API could benefit.
