The attached screenshots display rendering of "A" and Cyrillic A of
ftp://ftp.dvo.ru/pub/Font/istok/Istok-Regular.ed.ttf.bz2 by freetype 2.3.9 at
18 ppem using fontforge's grid fitting. The advance point of "A" is moved
against rightmost point on its contour. Since Cyrillic A is reference to "A"
it should be rendered identically. But the advance point Cyrillic A does not
moved so its contour exceeds glyph width. The similar issue occures with "e"
and Cyrillic e at 12 ppem.
It looks like a bug in freetype.
