Il me semble qu'il s'agit là du droit de représentation, qui est
distinct du droit de reproduction et de diffusion, et dont le cas n'est
pas traité par la GPL (puisque ça a relativement peu de sens pour un
logiciel, sauf dans une utilisation détournée du genre "montrons du code
de linux à l'écran pour rendre réaliste le personnage du hacker à tête
de mort de 13 ans").

Cela dit, je ne sais pas comment ça se traduit en droit américain (droit
du copyright).
