Well just installed flex:
address@hidden:~/prg/build-4.1.2> rpm -qa | grep flex
flexdock-manual-0.5.1-0.pm.2
flex-2.5.35-43.23
flexdock-0.5.1-0.pm.2
flex-32bit-2.5.35-43.19
Nothing changed, what else should i check?

 ok, I think you will need to install 'flex'.
 It looks like the gm2 configure files have a bug in them..
