Hello,

Here is a patch that ameliorates the info install. I copied and simplified 
what automake does for info install.

* create $(infodir)
* if install-info isn't found don't call it

It also add distributed files in plugin/Makefile.am.

And it modifies the spec file:
* change Release to 1 to match the %changelog entry
* replace %setup -q -n %{name}-%{version} by the equivalent %setup -q
* package info file
