I agree on this one. The codebase tests are supposed to pass by default.
Expected failures should be marked as such, thus NOT causing the whole
testsuite to fail. The only exception (at least on my side here) is
latest changes to Math.as testcase (bogus testcase it seem, not gnash, btw).
