  Well, first we have to make sure email notifications for commits 
still works. I personally prefer hand editing the ChangeLog, rather than 
making people use "bzr log". I usually just cut & paste my ChangeLog 
entries when committing.

  I guess since we're switching over, this is open for discussion, as I 
think some of the other developers probably don't like to have to use a 
ChangeLog anyway. Using a ChangeLog is a bit old-school GNU requirement, 
but with the much better code control systems, maybe it's useless now.
