I wonder how this patch would affect audio/video synchronisation. Also
of interest might be to test what happens if we were to use queue2 and
decodebin2.

Of course, Gnash probably will end up using its own synchronisation code
later. But in the meantime this patch will be of use to some people, I
hope.
