GLES1 and GLES2 unfortunately have differing APIs. GLES1 is based on a
patch I got to Gnash 0.8.5. GLES2 is just stubs I created as one of the
interns at one time was going to implement this. As that isn't going to
happen, I'll leave the GLES2 stuff out of the merge cause it'll be
easier to recreate in the future if this ever happens.
