Hi Iván,

It's hard to tell. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable about this than
me can help you out some more. Perhaps you would like to contact the
linux-wlan devs mentioned in the file and ask them to explain exactly
what the purpose of this block is and where these values are derived
from.
