Hi Niklas,

You can use unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/) which is  
free software (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/#credits). But i  
sometimes have had some troubles using it: so i recommend that you  
backup your /boot directory somewhere before using it.
