I saw that on the Citadel website but I couldn't find Citadel in the Ubutnu 8.04
package repository despite their website saying it was there.

I reviewed [1] and if you're using gNewSense 2.3 then Ubuntu Hardy is what
you're looking for. If you're using gNewSense 3.0 then Debian Lenny is what
you're looking for (although that will be re-based off of Squeeze at some future
point.)
