Urgent: Sending Ringtones And Logos Over Infra- red......

Hi,

I am writing a program in VB to send ringtone and logo to the Nokia
handphone over infra- red port.
However, I am connecting my infra- red port with the Serial Com... So I'll
be send the commands to
the Com port via the infra- red port then to the nokia handphone.
Unfortunately, I don't the the protocols
to communicated with Nokia handphones. I have read the documents in the
library already but still failed
to get the phone to react....

Below is what I have send out for operator logo:
0x14, 0x00, 0x0c, 0x0a, 0x00, 0x01, 0x70, 0x30

but it seemed that there is no response at all......
