Hai,
In my experience (with a 3210) keysequence works fine without a simcard.
However, I tried it only by sending the keypress messages with an Atmel
microcontroller over the M2BUS. It could be that gnokii does some
intialization which uses messages that require a simcard?
Anyway, only one way to find out I guess... :)
