bluetooth patch for osx

Hi,


        I just finished to integrate
the bluetooth code from Siegfried Schloissnig
into the gnokii code.

        I created a two new files to
split Linux and OSX code, which does not
share much;

        common/devices/osxbluetooth.c
        common/devices/linuxbluetooth.c


        configure.in script was modified,
and tested under OSX and Linux / i386 .

        Please test the patch, apply the
right copyright, and commit !
