It's ok to ask about PHP + Gnokii pairing. Basically you can execute a program from PHP and achieve results from there. However, I'd recommend making some sort of Remote Procedure Call to something natively supporting Gnokii. CGI-Perl is fine example of that.I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'll ask anyway.. How can I make use of gnokii in a web application using php? What commands/syntax must I use?
I wrote a C# SOAP-server on top of libgnokii (running on a Windows Server 2003) which receives calls from Perl and PHP applications. My work is (still) unpublished and being a Windows-based project won't help many of you.
Also I entered Gnokii PHP-extension on my overbooked To-Do -list. I remember somebody posting fine skeleton of such long time ago.
Pawel has some project restructuring work underway. I thought the idea is to have a core project to handle internals of mobile side and a separate applications spin-off to handle all the various places Gnokii can be used for.
