gnokii 0.6.21

Hi,

Next gnokii version is released. 0.6.21 contains number of fixed among
which the most imporatant seem to be:
 - improve DKU-5 initialization phase (although it may not be enough
for all cases)
 - make BlueZ connection not to block on read() when the phone gets out of range
 - fix memory corruptions due to local stack overflows
 - few enhancements for the phone drivers (gnapplet, AT)
 - new Portugal translation (thanks to Pedro Silva)
Most of the bugs were found thanks to the cooperation with
gnome-phone-manager and Bastien Nocera -- many, many thanks for that.

Please note that this version updates gnapplet drivers, so if you use
it you would need new gnapplet.sis on your phone. New file is provided
within the sources in utils directory.
