it would be easier to help you if you tell what error you see...

for the model parameter try model = 6100

for the port parameter make sure that your cable is supported by Linux
and that you are using the correct device name;

for the connection parameter gnokiirc says:
# With DKU-5 cable use the following setting
# connection = dlr3p
